This renovated old stone house is situated in the heart of the village but within easy reach of the shops
and the beach. It is ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four to five.

The main entrance to the house is from the yard, opening into a spacious hall.
On the right there is the modern, cool kitchen with a four ring stove, big fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a washing
machine for the use of guests.
To the left there is the sitting/dining room where there is a table and chairs for six, a very comfortable settee and a
television set with a DVD player. French doors open on to the fenced patio.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an air-conditioning unit.
Along the corridor are the other two bedrooms, both with windows to the garden, one with a single bed and a further
pull-out single bed and the second with a single bed. At the end of the upper hallway there is the tastefully
decorated bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

A very attractive feature of the house is its fenced garden running around three sides of the house.
There is a comfortable spot for all times of the day whether you want to sunbathe or read in a cooler location.
There is a big garden table and chairs on the paved patio, and sunloungers and a barbeque are also provided.
In the evenings of hot July and August days the area at the back of the house is often cooled by a breeze and so it's
possible to enjoy a barbeque sitting within easy access of the kitchen.
