Cleopatra's House

Completed just 3 years ago, Cleopatra's House stands in a large lawn, just yards from the sea. Almost opposite the house there
is a tiny promontory, where the chapel of St. Euthemia used to stand and which divides the seafront into two beaches. The
fishing village of Lefokastron is 1 kilometre. away, whereas the more cosmopolitan Afissos is 2 km. away in the opposite direction.
Therefore a car is necessary for obtaining supplies and getting to restaurants.

The two storey Apartment has a wide, shaded patio through which the sitting room is reached. This is comfortably furnished
with a sofa bed and armchairs round a coffee table. The well equiped kitchen opens off the sitting room, and there is a WC/washroom
at this level. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, each with a balcony, both with lovely views of the sea. There is a
shower room/WC between them.
The Studios are at semi-basement level with large windows that let in plenty of light but have no view of the sea. Private
sitting areas are provided under umbrellas or trees on the lawn or in the shade of olive trees behind the house. The Studios
have separate entrances and are spacious with en-suite kitchenette and shower-room/WC. They have twin beds and a sofa-bed
and so are suitable for couples or can be used by a large group as an extention to the Apartment.
The owners visit their own semi-detached apartment throughout the summer. Also note that since the picture at the top was taken a new house has been built to the left of Cleopatra's, reducing the sea view
from the rear window.
