Built on the hillside above the beach just outside the village of Horton,
this lovely modern house has splendid views down the coast towards the marble mountain of Tisseon Oros,
and across the southern end of the Gulf to Trikeri.
Constructed on two storeys, the main entrance to the house is via the upper floor kitchen,
small but fully equipped with double sink, dish washer, full sized oven with 4 rings, and a large fridge/freezer.
Two steps down from the kitchen is the sitting/dining room, comfortably furnished with two banquettes,
coffee table and dining table and chairs. To the right, double French windows lead out onto the paved,
shaded terrace, with wonderful views down the coast and out to sea.
To the left, the air-conditioned double bedroom opens from a small hall.
The bedroom has a built in cupboard, and an en-suite, fully tiled shower-room/WC.
The bedroom also has French windows opening onto its own private balcony.
Also from the hall, a flight of stone steps leads down to the lower floor.
Opening from the lower landing is a large open sitting room with tables and chairs,
and with double French windows opening onto the lower terrace, again with wonderful sea views through the olive trees.

Leading from the right of the sitting area there is a twin bedroom,
air-conditioned and with built in cupboards, while to the left there is a double bedroom,
again air-conditioned and with built in cupboard space. Next to the double bedroom,
but not en-suite, is the fully tiled shower-room/WC. Finally, there is a utility room with washing machine,
WC and hand-wash basin.
In all this is a perfect house for a family holiday, or for two couples travelling together -
or indeed, for a couple who want space, comfort, quiet and wonderful views, just minutes from the beach.
But be warned that there are some 90 steps down to the beach from the house, though there are stone seats placed at strategic
intervals
for the return journey!
