KATERINA'S HOUSE
Accommodation for 2 in each of the 1st & 2nd Floor Studios, and for 2 - 4
persons in the Ground Floor Apartment
Just 10 minutes' walk from the Horton waterfront, this
new House looks out over the water towards Trikeri Island, off the far end of
the Pelion peninsula. The House is finished to a very high standard and is prettily decorated
with hand made lace curtains and old embroideries.
Studio 1 (1st floor) consists of a bed-sitting room (twin beds)
with a fitted kitchen area, and a fully-fitted shower-room/WC. The windows
look straight out to sea, and to the side of the studio is a large private
terrace with splendid views over the water.
Studio 2 on the top floor is smaller, but has a wonderful view from the front varanda.

The Apartment consists of a large, airy sitting
room with fireplace, two settee-beds, and a well-equipped kitchen area. There
is also a large bedroom, with twin beds, and a private shower-room/WC.

The sitting room opens onto a large, paved patio ideal for lounging in the sun; vine trellises have been erected and vines
planted, while bamboo mats provide shade until the vines have grown
sufficiently.

The Studio and the apartment can be let
separately, or would be ideal for a larger family, or for a group of friends
travelling together. The beach is just 100 yards away, down the hill.
