MARGARITA'S HOUSE
LAFKOS
Accommodation for 4-6 persons in the main house and for 2 in the Guest Cottage.
This is a sturdy stone house with a beautiful view and plenty of space for a group or family of four to six
persons. We enter via a large hall. The big rooms to the left and right are the comfortable sitting room and the
kitchen/dining area. The sitting room has been imaginatively decorated in blue, with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs,
television and DVD player. The kitchen has been recently retiled and redecorated and is furnished with table and chairs
for six, cooking stove, fridge and dishwasher. At the back of the hallway there is the first bathroom with bathtub, basin
and toilet. It also houses the washing machine.

Margarita's House

A traditional wooden staircase leads to the first floor and a hallway from which the three bedrooms and the bathroom open.
Right at the front of the hall French doors open onto a balcony big enough for two from where the view is even better than
from
the patio. The two main bedrooms are on either side of this hall. One has a double bed and wardrobe and the other a
double bed with twin mattresses. At the back there is a bunk bed room for two children and opposite that the second
bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

There's a separate building in the yard with the fine roof timbers exposed.
This has been converted into a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps.

The Guest Cottage
|

The great thing about this house is its patio with a view. In the evenings it's ideal for an al fresco dinner under the stars.
There is a large table and chairs and access to the kitchen is easy via the front door.
The Lafkos square with its four tavernas and cafeteria is about five minutes' walk from the house.
Since the village is traffic free it is safe for children to come and go as they please.
