From its wonderful position above Lefokastron, this handsome old stone
house looks out over a torrent of greenery cascading away to the sea.
Accommodation at Theo's House, which has been fully renovated over the last 12 months, consists of two Apartments, one upstairs
and one
downstairs, and a Studio.
Each of the apartments consists of two twin bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds;
a small kitchen equipped with 2 electric rings and a small oven; and a shower-room/WC.
Upstairs, the apartment opens onto a large, shaded verandah with superb views
over the trees and out to sea, and also northward up the coast and towards the
mountain.
Downstairs, the apartment opens off a very pretty paved yard, with a pergola
for shade, and throughout the summer this whole area is surrounded by a mass
of flowers.
The studio is at the front of the House, with its own balcony overlooking
both the sea and the mountain. Inside, the single large room contains sitting,
dining and kitchenette areas, while the double and a single bed are overhead on the spacious
wooden gallery. The studio also has its own shower-room/WC.
Theo's House is less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach immediately
below, and perhaps a little over 10 minutes to the centre of the village. Once
again, we suggest that guests have their own transport.
