This olive grove of 4,042 square metres lies above the road leading down from Arghalasti
to the beach side hamlet of Kalamos. Facing south west, the plot has superb views across the Pagasitic Gulf to
the peaks of Mount Othrys, and in the far distance, to the Parnassos range. Looking south, the curve of Tisseon Oros
encloses the Gulf and leads the eye towards the hill-top village of Trikeri, and the islands off the end of the peninsula.
Electricity and telephone connections are available. There are two means of access to the plot; the easier is via an agricultural
track of just over 1 km leading from the top end of the Kalamos road, while a second, steep track negotiable only with a 4x4,
leads from the plot for some 100 metres down to the Kalamos road.
