This beautifully finished two storey house was completed in the late '90s, and stands in over 1,500 square metres of shrub-filled
garden
with paved terraces on two levels. The view, westwards up the length of the Pagasitic Gulf, is superb.
Currently the two levels of the house do not interconnect, with the upper floor being used as a holiday let, while the owners
use the lower level.

there is also a pergola.. The views of Mount Pelion and the entire Pagasitic Gulf, from both the upper and lower terraces,
are absolutely spectacular.
