This superb example of a traditional village mansion house stands less then 100 metres from the Lafkos village square.
From the upper floor windows, and the balcony, the view is wonderful; over the village and across the end of the Pagasitic
Gulf towards Trikeri,
with the curve of Mount Tisseon marking the southern horizon. On two floors, with a total area of some 107 square metres,
and in excellent condition
structurally, the house needs to be modernised as currently there is no internal bathroom or WC, and the kitchen facilities
are minimal.

ACCOMMODATION: (all dimensions approximate, and in metres)
- 1. Ground Floor.
Originally a grocery store, the front part of the ground floor, with door to the street, has been converted into a
bed-sitting room, 3.95 x 3.95, with a simple kitchen, 3.95 x 2.10, leading off. The kitchen has a sink, work surfaces and cupboards above and below.
From the rear of the bed-sitting room two steps lead up to a door to the store-room, 6.20 x 4.75, and 2.90 high.
Being high, sheltered from the sun and with thick stone walls, this room is wonderfully cool in summer.
A door leads from the store-room to the entrance yard at the side of the house.
- 2. First Floor.
From the yard a flight of external stairs leads to the 1st floor, with the door opening into the upper hallway, 6.35 x 2.00.
From the left of the hallway double doors lead into a bedroom, 4.20 x 3.95, with two side windows, a front window,
and the balcony, 1.50 x 0.90. A second bedroom, 4.20 x 2.40 also leads off the hallway to the left, and this has a front and a side window.
To the right of the hallway, towards the rear of the house, double doors open into the saloni,
or formal reception room, 4.30 x 3.00, with a side window and fireplace in the middle of the back wall.
Leading from the saloni is the traditional kitchen, 2.80 x 1.90, with stone sink in the windowsill, and open fire shelf, with chimney, for cooking.
